Every device, documented
Record every device in the system: what it is, what it connects to, its network details and logins. Everything in one place.
Build documents from blocks
Headings, steps, notes, warnings, images and links. Preview exactly what each access level will see before you publish.
Sensitive details stay private
Passwords, logins and admin settings are only shown to managers. Everyone else sees the rest of the document.
QR codes that never expire
A document’s link is permanent. Update it as often as you like – the printed code keeps working.
Group them your way
Group documents however you like – by room, by venue, by rack. One code opens the whole group.
Sign in once per shift
A device stays signed in for 12 hours. No logging back in at every scan.

Manager
Full access.
Creates and edits every document, controls the passwords for each level, and sees everything – including the sensitive details hidden from the other roles.
Operator
Technical access.
Sees the technical documentation: connections, network details and operating procedures. Passwords and admin settings stay hidden.
Guest / Third party
Basic access.
Sees only the documents you choose to share – the basics for using the space, nothing about how it is set up.
