Questions
What counts as an AV system?
One installation with its own set of devices and docs: an auditorium, a boardroom, a studio.
Do staff need their own accounts?
No. Each venue has one password per role. The manager sets them and can change them at any time; casual staff never sign up for anything.
What happens to printed QR codes if I change a plan or a document?
Nothing. A published document’s address is permanent and never reused, so every code you have printed keeps working.
What if I stop paying?
Editing stops straight away. Staff can still read everything for 14 days; after that a scanned code shows the venue’s public landing page until the subscription resumes.
